WINTER ILLNESSES

posted Feb 6, 2017, 7:18 AM by Gary Clayton

We have had a lot of illness in the building these past few weeks.  We have had parents reporting fevers, strep throat, and the flu.  We want to remind parents that student with fevers, in particular temperatures of 100 or above, should not be sent to school. Any child with a temperature of 100 or above will be sent home from school.  The student must be free of fever, without medicine, for 24 hours before returning to school.  Any child who is vomiting should be kept at home until he/she can keep food down and is eating normally again.
