Minutes April 19, 2011

Treasurer’s Report – see attached handouts
Principal’s Report – waiting list for the preschool 3’s & 4’s, K- 8 we have approx the same amount of students registered for the fall, Mrs. Lammers, 2nd grade teacher is retiring and Mrs. Wiewel will be the new 2nd grade teacher, interviews for 1st grade teacher currently in progress. $1500 from Fish Fry’s and $500 from WCU
Mega Raffle is sold out – Approx totals as of now but not final St. Dominic’s $2700, Blessed Sacrament $5400, St Francis $7200, St Peter’s $7500 and Notre Dame $8000
School Picnic – Friday, May 20th from 8:30-12:30pm, parent volunteer letter to go home this week, bounce house and rock climbing wall, and face painting each chairperson will be contacted at the beginning of May to organize.
Skating Parties –PTO Board voted “NO” for next school year

Tracie Murfin will be taking care of the teacher birthday cards over the summer and next school year
Fall Fundraiser 2011 will meet over the summer with VW Fundraising and hand similar time-frame as last year for the kick-off
Administrator/Secretary’s Day –approved $25 gift card from Gene Grawe Fund
Next Meeting (end of school year) to say farewell to members leaving and welcoming the new members will be held Wednesday, May 11 at Tony’s Too - 6:30 pm. All Welcome to join us!
