K+8 had our goodbye buddy field trip today. We love our buddies at St. Dominic School!

Fourth grade finished their reading of Tom Sawyer and study of geology with a trip to Mark Twain Cave.

Ms. Crystals preschool class had a great week! We had our Scottie's field trip with our 4th grade buddies, we enjoyed playing, we listened to the PMO band and choir preform, we read a book outside about clouds looking like different things, we got to have nap time outside while we cloud gazed:)

Thank you to the Adams County Historical Society for providing a wonderful trip to the John Wood Mansion for our 4th graders.

More Pet Show and Tell pictures! 🤩🤩

Pet Show and Tell was a blast in first grade! Thank you parents for bringing your pets to school! ❤️📣🤩❤️📣🤩

PreK and 4th grade buddies are enjoying Scottie's.

Many children of St. Anthony Church processed with flowers and crowned Mary after the 10:30 Mass today. Our third graders wore their First Holy Communion outfits and everyone enjoyed the beautiful devotion to Our Lady.
Queen of Heaven, pray for us. 🌹🪻🌸🌺🌷🌻🌼💐🥀🪷

Ms. Crystals preschoolers were learning about insects this week! We were dressing up as butterfly's and bumble bees, using tongs to get ladybugs and bees out of the pretend grass, played butterfly memory and insect bingo. We had insects to play with in the block area and a campfire set in the dramatic play area we enjoyed as well!

Our 3rd graders are all in Springfield ready to receive the sacraments of confirmation and First Holy Communion!

Mismatch day in first grade!! Woo hoo!! We are having fun with our ABC countdown! 🤪❤️😊

Thanks to a grant from Arts Quincy and St. Dominic PTO, 3-8th grades are enjoying making birds with Steve Ryan.

7th graders model predation and competition in ecosystems in a fun game!

First grade won the kickball game against their parents today! The score was 25-13! Way to go first grade! You are champions for sure! 📣📣🥇🥇

Thanks to Quincy Art Center for the tour and opportunity to be inspired to create our own art.

First grade completed Junior Achievement and received certificates from Ms. Rossiter! We are so thankful that she came and taught us so many fun things this year! ❤️

First grade is enjoying our ABC countdown to Summer! Here are some pictures from H day (Hat and Happiness Day)! We wrote happy notes to our classmates and played games together on Friday! 😍😊🥰😁

Ms. Crystal's preschoolers had a fun week learning about all of Gods beautiful creations, earth day and recycling! They loved playing in the lemonade stand and using the lemon press to press big Pompoms of water to practice using it. They got to plant seeds that we are watching grow on earth day! We went on a nature hunt where we walked around the school grounds seeing what wonderful things we could find! We got to see some cool snails Ms. Crystal brought in from her sidewalk to show us! As always we had a fun week!

A huge shoutout to Betty Kasparie!! She did a wonderful job teaching Junior Achievement to the 5th graders. Thank you, Betty!!

4th graders are enjoying reading and writing poetry this spring.
